For our last day of our Summer Camp we thought we would treat the Penguins to a spot of horse riding at the fabulous Park Lane Stables (https://www.parklanestables.co.uk/) the home of Nat, Dick, Alice and our Penguin Woody.
Today, for a lot of the kids, it was their first time on or near a horse and they were absolutely amazing. They also got to experience mucking out the stables and feeding the beautiful Ponys too. After this we had a scrummy picnic in a nearby field generously provided by Thorgills Estate Agents (https://www.thorgills.com/) who donated sandwiches, drinks and snacks and also in celebration of it being our last day Teeny Tiny Treats (https://www.facebook.com/search/top?q=teeenytinytreats) made us some heavenly tray bakes which went down extremely well!
We have been overwhelmed with the generosity and contribution from our local community who rallied together to help us with food and drink for the kids for the past 3 days. We will never forget how kind and thoughtful they have all been.
With the help from the local community and our close-knit Penguin family we were able to give the children a unique and hopefully a very enjoyable experience that we will all remember forever. We all look forward to future Penguin football camps!!
